Thank you for a great first experience buying a vehicle from a 'used car salesman'. I confess to going in with every cynical idea of what to expect...pushy, arrogant, dishonest...only to be met with the opposite. Osman was patient with all my questions, never pressured me in the least, sold me a vehicle that I am very pleased with and one I predict will meet my needs for many years to come. To boot, due to a bank error, there was a significant overpayment made. The bank was extremely unhelpful. However, Osman assured me it would be corrected on their end, and so it was, quickly, and with absolutely no work to be done on my end. Thank you! If my new (to me) RAV4 doesn't outlive me, I will be back!

Osman and his team provided us a great service! they are very friendly and helped us with all of our requests when we wanted to take the car for inspection to our own mechanic. I was very happy working with them and I am sure you will also have a nice purchasing experience.

This is a great place for first time car buyers. I was helped from start to finish to get my Honda Civic. This purchase wouldn't be possible or went as smooth without the help of Wasay and Osman. It is true when people say they are kind, honest and went above and beyond for customers. I found my car advertisement from FB market but you can always come visit them or go check their website.

My experience here was far better than my three earlier visits to large brand dealerships. Some used car dealers have eaed a poor reputation, but these fears were unfounded at Nexus. Completely professional and better service than I got visiting larger dealerships. CR and Osman were great to deal with.

Owners were very responsive and easy-going. I was on and off the lot in a new car within 2 hours, insurance and everything! I bought a volkswagen touareg from them about a month ago, and any issues that popped up were covered under volkswagen’s emissions warranty.

Got two cars from nexus in two years. The beauty of cars from nexus is they are super detailed, clean and in relatively good condition. And the basic mechanical insurance they provided covers 3000kms which means you gonna drive the car back to dealership asap for a comprehensive diagnose. The second one I got has two rear break plate with different size and caused shake when break. It does cost hundreds of dollars to replace both sides of brake system, but like I said overall still recommend nexus.

Been buying cars for years from different dealerships, and this auto group is so far the best! We came from sunshine coast, haven't seen the car yet in person, and Osman was very accommodating and replying to all my husband queries, that's why after test drive, we bought the mini cooper countryman on the same day. They change the oil for us and gave a reasonable discount. And i love the part that we don't have to go elsewhere to register the car insurance since they had the insurance guy to come in their office and process everything. And Osman even installed the plates for us. Thanks again!

Was in the market for a used car and came across an ad for a 2004 VW TDI diesel. My experience was excellent from Nexus Autogroup. The car was as advertised, the sales team was insightful, reasonable, and not pushy! I have had poor experiences with new car dealerships... Nexus Autogroup is the first place I recommend someone looking for a car should go. I am delightfully enjoying my VW today, no surprises and I can think about getting to work/my job done, not car troubles.
